Ryan D. Sullivan practices in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation.  In the bankruptcy area, he has substantial experience in representing creditors, including the defense of preferences and other avoidance actions brought by bankruptcy trustees, the litigation of objections to claims and the prosecution of motions for relief from stay.  In the commercial litigation area, he has considerable experience in litigating construction claims, including bond claims and claims under the Miller Act.

Mr. Sullivan earned his J.D. degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Stonehill College.  While an undergraduate, Mr. Sullivan majored in Russian Studies and is proficient in the Russian language.  He is admitted in to practice law in Massachusetts, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
